Functional Fitness

This Program has been developed to enhance your competency at all physical tasks. You will be trained to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges.

The defined programming is scaled and suitable for all ages and physical abilities.

The philosophy behind our Functional Training is an all-inclusive lifestyle change. Our program is distinctive, if not unique, in its focus on maximizing neuroendocrine response, developing power, cross-training with multiple training modalities, constant training and practice with functional movements.

This class is perfect if you’re aim is to better your body composition, become faster, stronger and develop your overall abilities.

Sweat Class

This class is 45 mins long in which the programming prescribes a lot more conditioning with lighter weight, less technical but still functional movements and core work with an emphasis on weight loss and getting leaner versus getting stronger.


The aim of this class is more performance bias with the aim to developing on the more basic gym lifts – such as the squat, deadlift and shoulder press – Olympic weightlifting has no equal for developing speed, flexibility and coordinated, total-body strength and muscle.

That being said, this class is directed towards beginners and all ages and abilities.


We aim to relate the movements back to sport, fitness and everyday movements.

We focus on stretching to increase flexibility, mobility, muscle strength and body awareness.

It’s for injury prevention, and enabling proper form or function.

Yoga is a full body workout, using just a mat, resistant bands and yourself.
