When you come into our gym you will be greeted by a Coach who would have booked you in for your session. You may notice another class finishing up and all the endorphins and high 5’s going on as well as some bodies still on the floor!
Once you class starts, the Coach taking the session will brief you as a group – it will be fully explained and you will be taken through your workout step by step.
There will more than likely be movements you’ve never heard of or have never done before and you Coach will show you and coach you every step of the way.
We don’t expect anyone to come in and know exactly what he or she has to do, we don’t expect anything other than 100% effort no matter what your ability is.
Once your workout has finished your Coach will take you through a cool down as well as a group chat about the workout.
And that’s your first WOD done!
